Information
The apartments are located at 321 N Fremont Ave in Tucson Arizona. All apartments are 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, and are approximately 750 square feet. The apartments have central heating/cooling (A/C). All rooms come furnished, which includes but is not limited to:
Parking
-We also provide one free on-site parking spot with a parking permit per apartment!
Security
-All entrances to the complex are gated and secured every night. Only tenants with keys can enter. We also a state of the art security system including high-resolution night-vision cameras. That cover the entire complex including parking areas.
Laundry
-We also provide an on-site laundromat featuring two high-capacity washers and dryers that are coin operated as well as a clothesline.

Leasing Options
-A six month or one year lease is not always mandatory. We understand the time constraints of being a student. We work around the semesters and generally try to renew leases in December or the summer months to better accommodate students' schedules.

Rent
The rent is currently $715 per month - the rent is for the entire apartment and is not per person or bedroom . There is a summer special which encompasses the months of June-August that is $550 per month. Included in the rent price is water, gas, sewer, trash, and pest control. The building is set up for cable internet/tv but tenant must pay for it themselves.
Availability
Please contact us for availability. We usually have a large turnover in the summer months (May-August)
Deposit
We require a security deposit from all tenants prior to moving in. The deposit is $400 . Of this deposit we keep $150 for the cleaning of the apartment when the tenant moves out. The other $250 is refundable depending upon the state of the apartment upon move-out. We clean the apartments to very high standards prior to tenant move-in and we expect the apartments to remain cleaned to our standards.
Special Circumstances
The apartments (being 2 bedroom 2 bathroom) are set up for 2 people. We generally do not allow more than 2 people per apartment, however - under special circumstances we will allow a third and very rarely a fourth person. An additional $100 each per month for the third and/or fourth person is required. We reserve the right to refuse to allow more than 2 people in an apartment. Additionally, we will not provide extra furnishings for additional tenants.
